HISTORY

Established in 1999, SCVN was first conceptualized by Steve Moses from the University Of Southern California (USC). Upon seeing the lack of networking forums to support growing businesses, Moses set forth to build a club that would reduce the time it took business owners to find common answers to growth related questions.

As the concept of SCVN proceeded to develop and evolve, Moses brought in long-time fellow USC alums and entrepreneurs Robert O'Leary and David Ross to co-found SCVN and takes it to the next level. Since its first event at USC in January 2001, SCVN has quickly grown to hold regular events up and down Southern, while boasting a general membership of more than 1,500.

In 2007, as more and more clubs entered the market, SCVN became an exclusive private network of high quality executives and service providers who have an interest in helping emerging businesses reach their full potential in the most efficient manner possible.

With chapters in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, SCVN is growing to become one of the premier networking groups in Southern California.
